Artists offer an afternoon of talks about—and demonstrations of—the design traditions of their Native cultures. Participants include bead workers Emil Her Many Horses (Oglala Lakota), Cody Harjo (Seminole/Otoe/Creek), and Teri Greeves (Kiowa),; dressmakers Joyce and Juanita Growing Thunder Fogarty (Assiniboine/Sioux); dance-fan artist Patrick Scott (Diné); and Dexter Cirillo, author of Southwestern Indian Jewelry: Crafting New Traditions.
