Throughout Black History Month, the museum’s docent-led tour features Arabian Seasons,a 1994 mixed-media work by African American artist Therman Statom. Statom cuts, constructs, and paints industrially produced plate glass and adds found objects—playing cards, rocks, maps, plastic—to create compelling assemblages. Meet in the lobby. |
