February  13 Ron Welburn Wednesday,  February  13 , 12 noon and 6:30 pm National Museum of the American Indian, Rasmuson Theater Poet and scholar Welburn (Gingaskin/Assateague/Cherokee/African American) reads from and discusses his work. His research encompasses jazz studies, postmodernism, and the ethno-history of eastern Native America. The 6:30 event is followed by a reception. Part of the Vine Deloria, Jr., Native Writers Series.
