Using Community Resources to Enrich Your Curriculum

Have you ever taken a really close look around your community for educational resources? Most likely, nearby historical societies, sculptures, monuments, and libraries offer a wealth of primary-source materials that can help reinforce your history, language arts, and science curricula. This lesson describes a number of different ways to use your community as a resource for teaching.
